Everest Shuttering plywood

is made with selected hardwood veneers where BWP grade of phenol formaldehyde resin - conforming to IS 848:1974 is used for bonding. It is elegant and durable, superior film faced, densified shuttering Ply. It is powerful to withstand any amount of load of concrete and the vibration caused while pouring the concrete.

Application

It can be used widely in the construction of bridges, ships, high rise buildings, water tanks, cooling towers etc.

Types

Different types of shuttering ply are available depending on density viz. 30kg, 34kg etc. A 30 Kg Everest shuttering ply easily gives 24 to 30 repetitions. Greater the density, more would be the re-use value.

Precautions:

It is necessary to follow certain precautions to make the film face last longer.

1) Unload carefully.
2) Do not drag & drop from height.
3) Stack on a flat surface.
4) Clean both surfaces after use.
5) Apply mould oil after 3-4 uses.
6) Use sealant on cut edges.
7) Use minimum nails.
